What Color Do You Bleed? is a collaboration between the American Red Cross chapters of central North Carolina and FOX50 TV. The goals of the promotion are to determine which of the four major universities in the Triangle area (Duke, NC Central, NC State and UNC-CH) have the most loyal fans and to raise money to support the American Red Cross chapters in the area.

How does it work?

• Fans of the four universities vote for their favorite team by buying What Color Do You Bleed? T-shirts for the school they support. T-shirts cost $15 each and $16 for size XXL.

• A scoreboard with the most current vote count for each of the four schools is also found on the web site at www.whatcolordoyoubleed.com. The school receiving the most votes at the end of the contest will be the winner and will receive special recognition.

• T-shirts can be bought directly from the Central North Carolina Chapter or by going to the website www.whatcolordoyoubleed.com.

• Volunteers are also welcome to take orders of the t-shirts from their family, friends and co-workers by using an order form. All t-shirts must be paid for in advance. Personal Checks should be made out to American Red Cross – CNCC.

• Volunteers should return completed order forms and money collected to the Preparedness & Response Department at the Central North Carolina Chapter, 4737 University Drive, Durham, NC 27707. You will then be given the shirts in the schools and sizes specified.
